Ordering couldn't be easier, it can be done either electronically using the automated shopping basket, manually by emailing details of the products you require to support@beauty4nails-body.co.uk

Delivery Information

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail or For Europe it would be the local Postal Services.

All orders should be received within 6-10 working days, we aim to process and dispatch as soon as possible. However, during postal strikes and holidays delivery times may vary and this is out of our control. All our products are 100% genuine form manufacturers dispatched Straight from our US Warehouse!

If your item has not reached you within 20 days you must contact us!!!

In the event of missing items, we can only send out missing orders after THREE weeks of date of postage (Europe) / after 25 days (rest of the world), and upon receipt of an email stating the missing order.  This is due to Royal Mails policies on lost post.

Damaged items in post should be reported immediately upon receipt to

support@beauty4nails-body.co.uk

We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48hrs of receipt.

Offers
Offers change frequently and the offers are only applied to products shown and purchased from the offers page. 

Refunds / Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we guarantee you a full refund* on return of the items purchased (unused and unopened)within 7 days of delivery.

* - excludes postage and packing

Where applicable a replacement will be issued.

All returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition.  We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

If in doubt please contact your local agency before placing your order since customs charges will vary according to the country in which the order is placed.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of us until paid for in full.
